Sometimes that whisper feels like an emotion you’ve tried to stuff down. Sometimes it feels like a breadcrumb that doesn’t make sense until later.

Emotional hygiene is like digital hygiene here — it’s not about deleting every “pop-up” of feeling, but noticing which ones are safe connections and which ones are malware lies. The Holy Spirit telegraphs the difference: allow this truth, block that lie.

In this challenge, we’ll look at those breadcrumbs differently — not as spyware to delete, but as jewels to follow.
