Two ways of carrying pain. Both valid. Both leading to peace.
I’ve walked both paths.
The Doer path looked strong — always fixing, striving, making sure everything held together. But underneath was fear: If I stop, it all falls apart.
The Done-In path looked weak — exhausted, flat on the ground, with nothing left to give. But underneath was perseverance: I’ve survived what should have taken me out.
Both paths are survival.
Both are exhausting.
Neither one leads to lasting peace.
But here’s the revelation: survival mode isn’t the end of the story. Both paths can flip into treasure when reset by Kingdom truth.
Peace doesn’t come from doing more.
Peace doesn’t come from shutting down.
Peace comes from the One who says:
“Every knee will bow (literal & digital), and every tongue will confess (literal & digital) that Jesus Christ is Lord. Peace. Be still.”
